[Bug]: Kanban View's Hide Empty Columns does not support custom columns

Bug Description

I have defined a TaskNotes Kanban to use a custom groupBy field. I want it to show empty columns. I had thought that by entering the columns manually in the columnOrder filed that it would understand these are columns that should always be shown but that is not the case. Instead, the display seems to ignore the "hideEmptyColumns: false" option. Without the empty columns on screen, it becomes impossible to drag the items into an empty column to change the status of the note.
