Add rss to footer-global-lite

I'm using footer-global-lite for https://authors.library.caltech.edu/, since the level of content is just right. But I'd like to add an RSS link, which is only on the global footer. I think there is space under Contact Us below the phone number (and we don't really need the phone number anyway)
