Move repository to live under the pouchdb-community organization

Since this project was "pretty much abandoned", and since picked up by community members, it seems fitting to migrate it to live at pouchdb-community/crypto-pouch.

Although I have push rights, I do not have the rights to make this migration. @calvinmetcalf could you help me make this happen?

I'm on paternity leave with a 3 week old and a two year old so it may be a minute before I'm able to get to this, maybe sometime next week

No commits in 2y on primary branch. Tho maybe crypto doesn't change much :) thanks for confirming
