too many errors and failed download and stuff . does this notebook even still work? or has it been like discarded/discontinued?

i just tried it today. the dev the shunel . ran the first cell.. and, errors . many persisting errors.. dont even know how to proceed. tried the new gemini ai asistent. it tried its best but kept running into its own issues aswell until i just gave up on it
