Reorganize the /self-managed/deployment/helm/configure/database/ section and update sidebar navigation to clearly separate Orchestration Cluster database configuration from Management component database configuration. Currently, RDBMS, Elasticsearch, and other database guides are mixed without clear indication of which applies to which components.

Goals

• Establish clear distinction between OCluster secondary storage and Management component databases
• Improve user navigation to relevant configuration guides
• Reduce confusion about which configuration applies to which components
• Organize content by component rather than storage type

Acceptance criteria

• Sidebar navigation clearly separates OCluster from Management components
• Each configuration page clearly states which component(s) it applies to
• Users can find relevant configuration without ambiguity
