Link from pages to the repository

Hi @nschonni and @ShadeWyrm!

I was thinking that we could possibly include a link on the published guidelines directly to their related documents in the repo.

I think this would be the first time I see a set of published guidelines directly linking to their living workspace in the GC 😄

Not sure about that one works with the canada.ca publishing, but I was more thinking of doing the reverse with a banner on this site pointing to the approved one. Doesn't mean both can't happen though
