Guide to apply specific licence needs a bit more details

We have highlighted 5 very popular licences. Since the number is pretty low, it would be worth it providing a bit more details on how to write each one to help remove any confusion.

I bought the book "Open Source for Business" as per one of your recommended reads @gcharest , I'm half way through the book already - a very good read. That book helped me get more comfortable but also really interested in the licencing questions in OSS.
