Add redirects for renamed files

Some of the markdown files were renamed in reorganizing the documents. Redirects should be added so links aren't broken.
Will need https://github.com/jekyll/jekyll-redirect-from and updates to the _config.yml maps since we don't use direct frontmatter on the Markdown files
