Timer bar

I thought the bar at the top of the slide was an indication of how much content is left in the slideshow (e.g. if you were on slide 20 of 40, the bar would be 50% full), but it seems to be growing with time. I don't think this is really useful because the page would have to remain open from the beginning to end of the workshop, and the duration is probably not that precise anyways.
