Re-tread of cancervariants/gene-normalization#430
Where available in primary source data dumps, we should be storing free-text descriptions of diseases.
Use case
Downstream applications may want to use them for e.g. info pages
Acceptance Criteria
- Audit primary sources for availability of descriptions
- Determine best place to put it in the return object
- Make it so
