RE: Nifti files as output

Hello there,

Firstly, thank you for this amazing resource! I am currently conducting a MKDA meta-analysis using this pipeline and it is great.

I have done three separate meta-analyses using the pipeline so far, covering three different topics. I am hoping to run a conjunction analysis to identify overlapping brain regions involved across the three topics.

I have a question that I hope you can answer: Is it possible to save the meta-analysis results as a nifti file for viewing in other programs, such as FSLeyes or MRIcron?

When you say something similar - do you mean the conjunction analysis or producing nifti files (or both) from the MKDA pipeline?
