4. Click on the green "Submit application" button to submit the form.
5. See error.

Expected behavior

Job application gets properly submitted (can be verified using the network tab of inspect element).

• Could you share cache related headers you get on https://canonical.com/careers/7471759/application ?
• Where did you find the link? The one in https://canonical.com/careers/engineering points to https://canonical.com/careers/7522509

Interestingly, the link also gives 404 now despite being valid to the position when I posted. I'll have to update you later. Thanks for bringing up the new link.
