kubeflow+mlflow tests failing on EKS #87

Bug Description
There seems to be a consistent failure on EKS, as shown in the current CI run that was re-triggered 3 times.
Similar tests on AKS and MicroK8s passed though, so it may be that the issue is connected to EKS substrate.
This would require to investingate the bundle deployment and UATs on a dedicated EKS cluster.
