Why it needs to get done

We are moving to support only Canonical k8s, because of this we need to change the CI to run on top of it.

What needs to get done

1. Fix Integration tests CI
2. Fix GPU tests CI

When is the task considered done

1. Integration tests CI runs on top of Canonical k8s
2. GPU tests CI runs on top of Canonical k8s
