DSS should provide an intuitive way to get debug logs from microk8s/k8s

Currently if DSS isn't working correctly, it's very complicated to get debug logs from microk8s to properly report a bug or ask for support. DSS should provide a built in mechanism to get information necessary for support.

Currently `dss logs notebook` will show logs for a given notebook, but there doesn't seem to be a good way to debug core functionality
