[FEATURE] Show codex icon info in overlay #208

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I really like the info shown in the codex icon thing, specifically the High Value Planets one. Being able to quickly see which planets are worth doing a DSS on is great. However, I'd like the ability for that info to also be seen in the overlay.
