A11y QA: Mobile landscape scroll issue

Small issue perhaps on scrolling while in landscape mode on smaller screens

Description

While in landscape mode on the Scheduler, most of the appointments are below the fold, which is fine. I'm noticing that when I scroll to the bottom of all of the appointments, the scroll back up is getting stuck on first scroll, but it scrolls all the way to the top on a second attempt.

steps to replicate

1. View Scheduler embed in landscape mode on mobile
2. Scroll to bottom of appointments
3. Immediately try to scroll back up (you should get stuck)
4. Try to scroll up again

I think I resolved this - will need to check after I redeploy.
