Hook for `commitFailed`

Some projects faced the issue that the commit of the business transaction failed due to DB constraint errors. There should be another hook where the error is passed. In this hook will get a fresh transaction where it will be possible to execute arbitrary code with one try.  However if this fails the event is set to error.
