Some tasks in the event queue were handled by the wrong application. Would this cause event loss?

issue captured: cannot find configuration for published event. Event won't be processed

question:

1. Some tasks in the event queue were handled by the wrong application. Would this cause event loss?
2. If it could be happened only within multiTenancy Redis env ?
3. How to avoid that issue and ensure the event only should be processed by right APP ?
4. Is related with broadcastEvent issue or maybe related to initialization of event queue?

• appName was defined specific in eventQueueConfig.yml
