Add "Explicit deployNotificationTypes call" Information to README

Hello,

Following a similar issue described in #44, it would be extremely helpful to include a brief warning in the README clarifying that the deployNotificationTypes function, implemented here, will not be executed unless it is explicitly called.

I suggest adding this note directly below the section on Custom Notification Types Path as the file defines the notification types for the underlying function.
