ORD plugin supports access strategy:
ORD_ACCESS_STRATEGY: Open: "open", Basic: "sap.businesshub:basic-auth:v1"

If ORD_ACCESS_STRATEGY is not set, the plugin starts without authentication. Currently, we also need to allow SAP CMP mTLS Access Strategy (internal).

Suggested Solution

Extend access strategy with "sap:cmp-mtls:v1"
