[Enhancement][a11y] Accessibility support and roadmap

Feature Request: Accessibility (a11y) roadmap or support

Summary

Currently, flexlayout-react is a powerful and flexible layout manager, but it seems to lack accessibility (a11y) support features such as:

• Keyboard navigation between tabs and panels
• Proper focus management
• ARIA roles and attributes for screen readers
• Color contrast and high-contrast mode support

Context

I'm evaluating whether to integrate flexlayout-react in an application.
Before implementing custom patches, I wanted to ask:
Is accessibility (a11y) currently on the roadmap?

Expected Behavior

Ideally, the library would:

• Support navigation with keyboard (Tab, Arrow keys)
• Expose ARIA roles for panels, tabs, and layout containers
• Manage focus properly when moving or docking panels
• Provide an accessible theme option or allow easy customization
