Scrolling issue in CvComboBox and CvMultiSelect

Describe in detail the issue you're having.

Version 3.0.30 is blocking the scrolling of selection choices in CvComboBox and CvMultiSelect components. The selection choices are not scrollable with mouse. The only scrollable option is to use the keyboard arrows.

This problem occurs only in release 3.0.30. It works correctly in versioon 3.0.29.
Possible cause of the issue is the "@mousedown.prevent" line of code,

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to see changed?

The selection choices in mentioned components are not scrollable with mouse in release 3.0.30.
The scrolling must work exactly as in release 3.0.29 where the functionality is working correctly.

Can you attach a screenshot and your code snippet please, based on what I see in https://vue.carbondesignsystem.com/?path=/story/component-cvmultiselect--default-story the scrolling is working for both component, maybe there is some CSS attribute in your code which is blocking it. Thanks!
