How to use NoticeChoice web component in a next js react based application

Hi team,

We need to use notice-choice component in our application.

Is there a guide / recipe available to integrate this web component in a react based application's Form ?

This is what i have tried so far.

1. Importing the component from cdn bundle, widget rendered properly, but event changes are not getting captured.
2. Imported as a npm package.

import NoticeChoice from "@carbon/ibmdotcom-web-components/es/components/notice-choice/notice-choice.js";

nextjs fails to import nested files from node modules.

3. Tried creating a react component using @lit/react package. this too fails for same reason as point 2, since the lit library requires the NoticeChoice to be imported as a js module.

Not sure, i don't see notice-choice under ...../es/components-react/ folder
