Documenting quirks in buildings dataset

Running list of quirks we've found in the buildings dataset:

• Large buildings
  • Example (Golden Oak Ranch)
• Glaciers, lakes, forests
  • Example near Mt. Rainer (Overture explorer)
• Chevron Richmond Refinery

Overlapping buildings. Like the Golden Oak Ranch overlapping other smaller buildings. This could be an easier issue to fix programmatically.
