Thanks for following-up your suggestion with a concrete contribution!
The section is a good start. Although it does not provide much "specification-like" detail, I'm okay in adding it as-is.
This concrete section in the impact analysis holds more details we could put into the CIP. What are your thoughts about this? CC @will-break-it, @sandtreader, @Quantumplation or @abailly

A goal of using Linear Leios is to reduce downstream impact. Linking the ouroboros-leios impact analysis and adding an assumption that the requirements therein are being followed by nodes serving client interfaces. This should require minimal changes on the clients without having to adopt new mini-protocols as many are LocalChainSync only.
