Voting options (Yes/No/Abstain)

For event trigger and manual trigger in Vote. Current implementation is only Yes.

• Give user option to chose the vote Yes/No/Abstain

Above mentioned options have been added and also refactored agent-node for supporting voting options in event based trigger.

Scenario when filter is matched

• If voting option is provided during creation of event filter then provided voting option is used to trigger the voting function
• Else 'Yes' option will be used to trigger the voting option

Along with that when filter is matched, voting for multiple proposals in a single transaction is supported.
( Note: Multiple proposals should appear in a single transaction while matching the filter)
