Hi
Thanks for raising this. I will look into adding the ability to add a new
preservation representation as well to pyPreservica.

Hi James,
I noticed that the EntityAPI class has a function,
add_access_representation, which allows adding an access representation.
For my work, I need to add a preservation representation to some assets.
For now, I’ll be using the EntityAPI call (POST:
api/entity/information-objects/{ref}/representations) directly instead of
pyPreservica. However, I was wondering if support for adding other types of
representations is something planned for pyPreservica in the future?
