node is now nodejs in ubuntu 16.04 #4

Hi, I was just following your usage instructions somewhat blindly to install and use upstarter.
When I get to the point of going to the root of my application and typing sudo upstarter the system responds with /usr/bin/env: 'node': No such file of directory. I suspect the issue is that 'node' is not used in later ubuntu, it has been replaced by 'nodejs'. Is this all that stops it running?
