Hello!
After several attempts trying to create my reference with Pan-cancer T cell infiltrated data, I found out that you already created it (for CD8 data). I was having errors because there was no integration slot when I loaded the Seurat object...
Well, now I'm trying to reproduce your method to generate the CD4 TIL atlas. But there is not the repertory mentioned in the tutorial:

Could you please post how to create the Human_CD8_TILs_atlas.rds (or in my case, with the CD4 data)
