Remove "cachet" from all name spaces

CARP is no longer a sub-part of the CACHET center (which has ended by the end of 2024). Now, carp.dk is its own domain.

All namespaces need to stop using dk.cachet.carp....´ and instead use dk.carp....`

There are two issues to fix

• code namespace
• data types namespaces

That's a big change. 😮

That also implies adding API version migration to rename all data which includes namespaces (IDs). And, do we mean to publish the packages under the same new namespace? We'll have to go through Maven's process of requesting permissions to publish to that namespace.

We may want to postpone/downprioritize doing this ... It's a lot of work for fairly little benefit.
