Using Copernicus Data Store API requires more setup #5
Description
Running the Copernicus Data Store step fails because .cdsapirc hasn't been created. I would recommend adding a link to https://cds.climate.copernicus.eu/api-how-to and noting that this must be set up first (after registering with CDS). I'd be happy to submit a pull request with this change.
