Include instructions for uploading the data from Google Drive

Upload of the .zip file to collab did not work for me (bit of a not great internet connection), but what did work was uploading it to Google Drive, and then linking to the Google Drive from collab.

I can add user instructions for how to do that in the "Setup"  section
