Account for new imports in update-lockfile action

In fishtree-attempt/r-novice-gapminder#1, {rmarkdown} gains the {bslib} dependency, but the comment does not indicate this change, so the diff looks like there are a bunch of extra packages being added, but it's not clear where they are coming from.
