How could the content be improved?

Toby asked a question about this episode in #1943

That episode does not have clear demonstration to me. I can sort of see what someone might do to live demonstrate this episode, but I could also imagine a person not demonstrating anything, but not being able to justify that they did not follow the curriculum.

I think we should remove this episode to avoid anyone being in that position.

In principle I agree, although only having the QA episode (which is on a feature many people never use) as the only option for SS spreadsheets seems less than idea as well. Of course, that's always been the trouble with including non-coding options in teaching demos, even though they're critical since not everyone wants to teach code.

Having an OpenRefine option provides a non-coding option, so removing the spreadsheet episodes doesn't force someone to teach code if they want to demo the Social Sciences workshop.
