Provide Python 3.13 dependencies

NVDA 2026.1 will use Python 3.13 and the current alpha builds are already built with Python 3.13.

This means the libs release needs an update with the Python 3.13 dependencies.

Great point. this is planned once we have built 32-bit Python 3.13 wheels for each dependency. I'll update as the release comes closer.

we also need 64 bit dependencies' because nvda is migrating to 64 bit in 2026.1

ok, i collected the library's for 64 bit, tested and i can conferm that they work. however, its very bloted.
if someone wants to clean up the package here it is.
