Templating yaml keys

Is it possible to paste values to YAML keys?

i need to genererate gitlab pipelines with different job names.
something like this

#@ data.values.ENV+":plan":
  stage: plan
  ....

#@ data.values.ENV+"deploy":
  stage: deploy
  ...

ENV: dev
