feat(Discovery): limit attempting to use (API) credentials to only seed devices #2846

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Our mapper/discovery engine could leak out SNMP and API credentials during the discovery process. SNMP isn't that bad especially if you're just using RO community like you normally would, but the (UniFi) API key is a bit more dangerous.
