Nice web app

Recently, @cbalona developed a web app on top of the Development estimator. He currently hosts it on his blog. It's a great example of how open-source tools can be mixed together to make something new. It's also an excellent proof-of-concept of chainladder-python as a backend engine for a reserving GUI.
