Feature: minting and mutating arbitrary NFTs

In Developer mode Cashonize supports minting single or sequenetial NFTs.

For devlopers it might be useful to be able to:

1. Mint an NFT with an arbitrary commitment (e.g. 0x0123456789abcdef) and capability (none, mutable, minting)
2. Edit the commitment on a mutable NFTS

added the more flexible minting as a feature, however i opted for two explicit "modes" for the minting action

this does not yet implement any mutating for NFTs
