1.6/2.0 Add features (api / utils / helpers etc) for compilation and reduce wasm size frontend/backend

Right now the whole sdk is 3mb there is probably a way to add features and be able to specify which part of the sdk is needed for wasm bundling (like remove api from frontend, remove deploy utils from backend)
