Unknown Docusign Events

There's some docusign events I couldn't figure out when they're used and how they should be handled:

envelope-discard
recipient-auto-responded
recipient-authentication-failure
recipient-delegate

Tasks:

• If Implement Contract Routes #19 is still open, just make the correct TODO markers for these. In other words, if we need to edit the contract DB, make a todo for it. If we can do nothing, just return.
• If Implement Contract Routes #19 is closed, implement the logic for these events.
• add JSONs of the webhook data and store it in /docs/docusign-events
