Error exporting gridded inventory (field not nullable)

I'm not sure how to solve this one, I'm trying a different version of arcpy and just rerunning it but maybe someone has come across this before and figured it out so I'll throw it up here.

Theme1 is just all null values but in my experience it converts the nulls to spaces when it does the table to table conversion so maybe the different arcpy version will fix it

different version of arcpy seems to have helped but not solved the issue, 2 TSAs (North Coast and Fraser) made it through but Mid Coast choked in this spot again the second time
