Sim card with pin - will show sent message but not connect

If the sim card entered into the 3G dongle has a PIN number -- the activity screen will incorrectly show that the message has been sent.

It may be good to show this as an alert and also add this to the HarukaSMS user guide..

The PIN Error should be picked up by our fork of pygsm-gateway and then that status message sent to Haruka through the httprouter. If the gsm modem is unable to send out messages then the pending messages should remained queued and the user should be alerted.
