Deploy marimo notebook on data.catalyst.coop

Overview

We want to host some examples that are defined in this repo, on data.catalyst.coop for all to see.

Success Criteria

• there is a small marimo notebook for viewing a plant's net gen over time
• there is some build step that makes the marimo notebook into a static page
• that static page is viewable at data.catalyst.coop

• merge prototype marimo notebook
• enumerate options for doing the hosting
• decide and implement
