remove mailto in attendees csv download

I'm not sure having the mailto present in the attendees csv download is that useful - it isn't for any of our use cases and ends up being something people have to always manually remove. 

would it be possible to just present as plain text please?

facetoface_download_attendees in lib.php is the function concerned, probably just replace write_url with write_string?
