Missing "complete the referenced course" requirement in course completion status block

When using "complete the referenced course" as the activity completion condition, this doesn't show up in the Course Completion Status block. "View" and "Receive grade" are fine. The rest of the functionality works, and the explanation shows elsewhere (e.g. in the completion instructions to the course admin and the participants) it's just missing the entry in the table.

I've identified this on Moodle 4.1 (plugin v10.1.0 2021021401) and Moodle 4.5 (plugin v2025032000).
