Results Order settings value changes when moving through pages of results

Setup
Ensure that you have many courses using particular keywords to get many paged
results when searching.

Steps to replicate

1. Go to Global Search page: [URL]/search/index.php
2. Enter your search query: [any keyword]
3. Results order: Newest first
4. Click "Search" button.

RESULT:
Page 1 is highlighted. Notice the "Results order" = "Newest first.

5. Click page "2".

RESULT:
Page 2 is highlighted. Notice the "Results order" = " Most relevant results first".

6. Click page "1". Notice the "Results order" = "Most relevant results first".

This may cause confusion as the results are changing based on the value of the
setting "Results order" which changes every after page reload.
