Condition "Enrolement" for active and passive enrolements

Thanks for this great pugin! For the condition "enrolement" only active enrolements are set to true. We would like to create a cohort for those who once have been enroled to a course to keep in contact and give them access to more informations, even if their enrolement isn't active anymore. So it would be good not only to have the conditions "enrolled" or "not enrolled", but in addition the conditions "has been enrolled" and "has been and is still enrolled". That would be a great enhancement!

Hi, i suggested something similar in #124 but i think it's more involved than adding a rule.
