Feature request: bulk actions on the list of rules

Hello!
In the coming days/weeks, I want to switch completely from another plugin (local_profilecohort) to this one. Currently, I have both running in parallel.
During the conversion, I have to create around 300 rules, each with two conditions. That's a lot of clicks.

It would be good if I could activate/deactivate the rules in the overview without a pop-up window.
I understand why the pop-up window was integrated, so that you don't accidentally change a setting, for example.

Maybe a plugin setting could be implemented so that the pop-up window is no longer displayed and the setting change can be controlled directly in the menu.

In your case I'd recommend updating your fields in bulk using SQL. Like UPDATE mdl_tool_dynamic_cohorts SET enabled = 1;

However, bulk actions on the list of rules maybe a useful feature. So rules can be enabled/disabled/deleted in bulk. Similar to cohorts management screen in Moodle core.
